Below is a work sample from a Webinar-based training conversion project. ICF was one of over 30 active course conversions from either ILT or Webinar-based to online training. During this period, I lead a team of Instructional Systems Designers (ISD), eLearning developers, writers, and document specialists. We partnered with the Multi-Media, Quality Assurance (QA), and editing teams.
